Comments:Stripped of heavy vines, this huge Sycamore is a beacon, at the end of the loop walk. Hawks and eagles perch in the tall branches. There used to be a sister tree the same size, whose vines took over. It became damaged and the city took it down once it leaned over the trail.
CATS Observations:Sycamores are known for their white upper branches, which seem to glow in winter.
